Knit & Natter
KNIT & NATTER
Get out your needles and wool and come along to our Knit & Natter group every Monday from 2pm to 3:30pm.
You can have a fun afternoon out with great company, a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake!
We will be making Twiddle Mitts to donate to hospitals and care homes across the Borough.

Lunch Club
Cortonwood Lunch Club has been running since 1985 and provides traditional fresh home cooked meals in a fun and friendly atmosphere for people of all ages.
For only £4 you get a mug of tea and a two course meal (ranging from a full roast dinner to homemade fish and chips and a choice of sweets).
The Lunch Club is open on Tuesdays and Fridays between 11.30am and 2pm (Meals served at 12) and there are plans to expand to further days in the future.
We also have trips and meals out throughout the year.

Senior Citizen Group
The group started in 1986 to provide social activities for over 65's in Brampton and the surrounding areas. The group has been sucessfully run ever since by volunteers Stan and Diane Walton.
The group meets every Thursday 1pm to 3pm for an afternoon of Tea & Coffee with a selection buscuits, buns and cakes followed by a raffle and a few games of bingo.
We also have various social activities throughtout the year including theatre trips, days out, excursions to places of interest and week long holidays at the seaside or in Scotland and Wales. Youth Theatre for 8 to 18 year olds
Do you like drama? Do the performing arts interest you? Does the subject of lighting and/or sound make your ears prick up? Maybe you’re just really creative and would be interested in making scenery or props? Do you just want to be a part of a team?
If that sounds like you come along and try out our Youth Theatre Group where we all support each other and respect each others interests and ideas. You will meet a lot of young people with the most creative and colourful minds you have ever experienced. Experience the enthralling and exciting worlds of pantomime, serious drama, issue-based drama, interactive drama as well as Halloween and Christmas performances!
Suzy Dix is your qualified drama teacher (from the amazing Tin Pot Theatre).
For the cost is only £1 per session we welcome all between the ages of 8 and 18 years old at the Community Centre on a Friday evening between 5pm and 7pm.
