Weekly Class Schedule
Monday
Strength & Tone Fitness Class
Time: 7:00 pm – 7:45 pm
Get stronger and tone up in this high-energy class that targets all major muscle groups with a combination of resistance training and body-weight exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Pilates Fitness Class
Time: 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm
Improve flexibility, core strength, and posture with our Pilates class. This session focuses on controlled movements to help you feel balanced and relaxed.
Wednesday
Cardio Class
Time: 7:15 pm – 8:00 pm
Boost your heart rate and burn calories with this lively cardio workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class combines aerobic movements with motivating music.
Thursday
Strength & Tone Fitness Class
Time: 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm
Get in shape and build endurance with our Strength & Tone session. This class is structured to help you develop a lean and toned physique with targeted exercises.
