Welcome to the Cortonwood Comeback Community Centre, where we’re dedicated to providing a range of fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels. Join us each week for a variety of classes designed to help you stay active, build strength, and feel great. 

1 class £3 | 2 classes  £5 | 3+ classes booked at the same time = £2 per class!

Here’s what’s on:


Weekly Class Schedule

Monday 

Core Stability
5:15pm – 5:45pm
Designed to tone and condition your core muscles.

Strength & Tone
5:45pm – 6:30pm
Barbell and weight training targeting specific muscle groups to build strength and improve endurance.

Yoga
6:30pm – 7:15pm
Improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation through guided movement and stretching.


Wednesday

Aerobics
7:15pm – 8:00pm
A lively cardio class designed to burn calories and tone muscles.


Thursday

Interval Training
6:30am – 7:15am
Short bursts of exercise with brief recovery periods to boost fitness and stamina.

Strength & Tone
5:15pm – 6:00pm
Barbell and weight training to help build strength and tone muscle.

Pilates / Yoga Fusion
6:00pm – 6:45pm
A blend of Pilates and yoga designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

Interval Training
6:45pm – 7:30pm
A high-energy workout using short bursts of exercise to challenge and strengthen your body.


Saturday

Interval Training
9:30am – 10:15am
Start your weekend with an energising fitness session designed to improve endurance and overall fitness.

Everyone is welcome – all fitness levels encouraged.
