Designed to Improve Your Mental Health and Wellbeing.
What is InsideOut?
The South Yorkshire Green Social Prescribing Grants Programme is designed to empower local community groups, social enterprises, and charitable organisations in South Yorkshire by providing small grants where they can make the biggest impact. The programme’s main objective is to tackle and prevent mental health challenges by funding ‘green’ and ‘blue’ activities—nature-based and water-related therapies—that support individuals with various mental health needs. These activities will benefit people experiencing mild emotional struggles such as loneliness or low mood, those with moderate mental health issues like anxiety and mild depression, as well as individuals with severe and enduring conditions who need ongoing support for recovery and relapse prevention.
