With over 30 years of management experience, Denise brings strategic leadership, deep community insight, and a lifelong commitment to improving local opportunities. Her background in regeneration and youth work shapes the centre’s vision for inclusive, sustainable community growth.
Katrina Claydon
HND Business & Finance
Katrina has 22 years of management experience and a strong grounding in business operations. Her expertise supports the centre’s governance, financial oversight, and long‑term planning, ensuring stability and accountability across all areas of work.
David Dunwell
With 20 years of safeguarding experience, David ensures that the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and vulnerable adults remain at the heart of everything we do. His knowledge guides our policies, training, and best practice.

Jayne Andrews
General Manager
HND Level 3 25 years in community roles
Jayne leads the day‑to‑day running of the centre with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of local needs. Her extensive experience across community positions ensures our programmes, partnerships, and services run smoothly and effectively.
Shelly Shaw
Advice Worker
Shelley has spent 20 years supporting local people with advice, guidance, and practical help. She is trained in Welfare Rights, Universal Credit, Supporting the Homeless and Housing Advocacy, and holds a Level 3 qualification in Customer Service. Her calm, person‑centred approach makes her a trusted source of support for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances.
Leigh Spencer
Business Support
Leigh provides essential administrative and organisational support across the centre. She holds an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, an OCR Level 3 NVQ Diploma, and an OCR Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration. Leigh’s strong business background ensures the centre’s operations run smoothly and efficiently
